Hi Mato,

It's not stuck. It's in transit to Croatia now. It usually takes about 20-50 days to be delivered and 15-30 days to have further update after delivered to air transport. Please wait patiently.

My parcel has been stuck at customs in Guangzhou for over two weeks. I was left a voice mail in Chinese, which I cannot speak. An online tracker states my item is stuck in customs awaiting tax payment. Is this something I am expected to pay? Is there an English language contact for me to resolve this with? Thank you very much.
