There has been no update since 10/16. The seller is unresponsive and I’ve tried submitting numerous disputes. Where is my order.

Hi Nikki,

It's in transit to the US now. If you couldn't get update showing it arrives in the US untill Nov. 20, you'd better ask for a refund from the seller in time.
