I'm in Italy. My order says it's delivered, but I haven't received anything. I need to know the courier and get the Italian tracking code. Can you help me?

Hi Loredana,

According to the tracking information, ZA01051777001 was delivered on July 22. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in Italy. Then, use the number to check with Italian Post about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

Italian post said they don't know anything about it.
