Where is my order

According to china post my order was sent to Royal Mail @10.40 on 2nd December! However, Royal Mail have been stating since 2nd December that they are expecting delivery. It is now 21 days since they have been expecting it. So where is it?

Hi Carol Beeby,

If it's not delivery is not in time, you need to contact Royal Mail or the sender to reflect the problem and get a solution in time.
