Hi. Our tracking numbers are LS300519955CN and LS300521265CN, can you please tell me where our orders are and an ETA, they were supposed to be delivered on 4/20/2020?

Hi April,

It were delivered to air transport on April 11 and takes about 7-10 days to leave China. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about another 15-40 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives. Please wait for more days to see. To my experience, it should be reached around May 15. If you couldn't receive it within the promised time, contact the seller to give you a solution in time.
