Hi TOBELANI,

It has left China on March 13 and is still in transit to South Africa now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 20-40 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives. As it has been nearly two months that it's still in transit, it's not normal. You need to contact the seller as soon as possible to get a solution.
