Where is my order?!

The last tracking update was over three weeks ago saying it was delivered to air transport in Shanghai but it hasn’t moved since? Does that mean it was sent by air? Or is it just sitting in a facility? It’s supposed to arrive to me in the next 3 days but I’m assuming it’s not going to. LS321027262CN

Hi Rechols89,

It has left China and is in transit to the US now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives. Please wait for more days to get update.
