It's shipped by Qilida Supply Chain (齐力达供应链). Tracking information shows it was just shipped out on October 29. You need to wait for more days to get it. If you couldn't get it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and require the seller to contact the courier to check it for you in time.
