First time I have ever ordered online, ordered about a month ago. It says its stuck in Dongguan internacional exchange offices since March 9, I should've have the package by now. What do I do? RV361588800CN

Because of COVID, there is few flights to Portugal. You still need to wait. If you couldn't receive in this month, contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution.
