Hi! Please assist! I had to get my order on 13 of august. But it is still on the way! Where is it now? Does it departed from China? It's not tracking since last updates were on 21 of July!

It seems that it's stuck in Shenzhen. You'd better contact the seller to give you a solution if you couldn't receive it within 45 days.

We have increased the delivery period. I thought that you can verify if it is in "YouZheng Shenzhen International mail exchange" or departed from Original Country. Could you?
