I am just inquiring about the status of my shipment. WUYOU1111250645 is the tracking number and when i track it. It only says " in transit". Should I be concerned?

Mine in transit too WUYOU1111245492 and when you try and contact the seller on to the website it takes you to another company so you can't get on the company you bought the item from. I've got the receipt and the billing address is fine, so they can't say we have typed in wrong address.
