Hello, since March, 2020 I am waiting to receive a parcel.
Tracking number is AS620523250CN.
Last entry in tracking list dates from 2nd April, 2020, saying parcel has arrived in Germany. Unfortunately, it didn't reach me so far.
How can I find out what happened?

It's still stuck at the sorting centre of Germany now. It's not normal. You need to contact DHL Packet or the seller to check it for you as soon as possible.
