Where is my parcel? No information on item after 27/12/2106

My tracking number is 04353716714 for China POst mall packet plus carrier. Seller shipped order on 26/12/2016. There is no tracking information after 27/12/2016. I live in India, have not received my parcel yet even though its been a long time.

Hi Akhila,

China Post doesn't provide tracking service for parcels sent by China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus as it's not registered. So, no one knows where it is now. You can only wait.

For this kind of parcel, it takes at least two months to reach the destination country. So, you may get it during March.
