Why delivery was unscuccesfull ?

LK166188065CN wasnt delivered (only attempted), while at the same time you delivered other package to me (LK167420360CN). Can I go to any office to pick up the package or be delivered before 11th march again. Thank you in advance for a quick reply.

The tracking results of USPS show:

"We attempted to deliver your item at 2:00 pm on March 2, 2017 in NEW YORK, NY 10034 and a notice was left because no secure delivery location was available. You may arrange redelivery by using the Schedule a Redelivery feature on this page or calling 800-ASK-USPS, or may pick up the item at the Post Office indicated on the notice beginning March 3, 2017. If this item is unclaimed by April 1, 2017 then it will be returned to sender."

Have you received the notice? You can visit the site of USPS to finish the following steps or tell them the other package delivered to you.

Hi, I have a question regarding my delivery LZ018836505CN.
The delivery is EMS ePacket.
When I ordered I was given between 7 to 14 days for delivery.
It has been almost 2 weeks since I placed the order, but
it seems the parcel is stuck in the same city.
Arriving at the sorting center, dispatched, then comeback again.
Is there some kind of delivery restriction in some parts of China?
