Why did my package go through customs twice and it's still there

Hello,
My package EA936051105CN is still act customs, but it went through twice according to the tracking information.
I was wondering what the release date would be so I can receive it in the United States.

Hi Chris Cheuk,

Not sure. If it couldn't be released in 15 days, you'd better contact the seller to reflect the problem and let the seller check it for you by contacting China customs.
