Why has China mail held my parcel

Small package has being held by China Post since June. How do I get it forwarded to the address on the package or returned to me

Hi joanie,

In this case, you need to contact the receiver in China to contact China Post to check what happends to it or let the receiver in China contact China Post to return it back to you. It needs the receiver in China's cooperation.

I am from Malaysia and i am sending a return parcel to a Tabao Seller in Yi Xing.
The return parcel is declared as returning goods due to defect. However in transit it appears the parcel is being held up twice by the custom and it was last held at CNSZHA since 29/06. Is there anything can be done to know what is causing the clearance delay or get the parcel moving ? I have asked seller about it and they said they received no update on this. CP317027575MY

I have a parcel mailed via SingPost from Singapore to China, tracking no. CC922449895SG. This parcel is shown as "Held at customs". May I ask if my parcel can be retrieved? If yes, what are the procedures to be taken?
