Why has my packages still not delivered in China? RN791922624GB (shipped on 31st May), RN791922690GB (Shipped on 8th June)

It takes more days to reach China to my experience. I suggest you wait for more days to see they arrive in China.

My name is Vondetra Harris and I did not receive items that I ordered on November 6, 2025 from Airris USA. The China Post tracking numbers are ZA03228365701 and ZA03228302501. Per Airris USA, China Post shipped the packages and they arrived at a distribution facility in Houston, Texas on December 3, 2025 at 7:46am. I need the name, address, and phone number for the distribution center my packages were delivered to and the tracking numbers they assigned to my packages. Your website shows that I received my packages, but I did not. I never received an email from China Post or the courier you delivered my packages to stating that my packages had been delivered. If you have documentation from this courier, please email it to me. Thank you in advance for your assistance in resolving this important matter.
