Why is my item just listed as customs hold with no further information?

Hello, I have a package that I returned to the seller for refund (incorrect item sent) with tracking LH179904467US. The item showed Customs Clearance on October 30, 2022, 3:30 pm and then Held in Customs GUANGZHOU, CHINA on November 3, 2022, 4:32 pm.

It is approaching a month with no additional action. How can I get this item to be delivered?
