MY PACKAGE HAS BEEN HELD SINCE OCTOBER 19TH IM TRYINA FIND OUT WHATS GOING ON AND WHY DID THE PACKAGE RECH ITS DESTINATION YET

It's not normal if it's stuck for over a month. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution in time in this case.
