My package is stuck by custom. it was an old electric board from 1986 - that i sent to a friend.
I did the declaration properly. put enough copy and documents with it. For some reasons, custom don't like it and don't allow individual to have it. it's funny considering the fact there is litteraly 5 usd of components... Anyway, even after giving more document. apparently it's not allowed. So when can i expect to retrieve my package? Tracking : EW166463372FR. Please advise, Antoine

I return a parcel which is worth 10 dollars back to China.
It is stuck in Guangzhou customs since April 1st.
The recipient told me they cannot contact the custom because it won't change any thing.
What is going on?

Could you please check where my parcel is? It is currently stuck at custom and the receiver, 刘小姐 has not been contacted. It's been stuck at custom for a month now. Could you please call the receiver to pick up the parcel? The tracking number is EE203537726CA.
