Why my parcle is being sent from one province to another

Hello,
I purchased a blouse from Barrylooks company in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province.
I sent it back due to the size problem with tracking number = LD100416111AU on January 21st.

It is still on the way and surprisingly, it reached Guangzhou but was sent to Shanghai!!!!
Could you tell me what I must do?

You'd better contact China Post to check it. You'd better contact the seller and let the seller call China Post service number 11185 to check it.

I contacted the seller several times asking them to follow up but their only reply is "We are sorry, you need to wait" which is the best situation for them as they do not like refunding sold items.
I cannot speak Chinese. Are you aware of any email address that China post replies to?
I found one but never got a reply. There is also a forum which says I need to register and wait for the activation link which never comes!

China Post don't provide service through email.

I checked and again for you and found there is further update for it today. It shows hander over for airlines. I'm afriad it's on the way back to you now.
