Hello, I have a problem with my package LO357391593CN. There was an unsuccessfull delivery. You told me to contact CTT which I did. They are telling me that they is a problem of address and that they are not responsible for correcting addresses. So they returned the package to expeditor. What should I do? Can you solve the issue as soon as possible? Thank you
I placed an order on 15th October. Tracking number LV317000674CN. On 24/10 it was shipped hopefully getting it on 16th Nov. 10th November I have seen that it says security returned and it has been passed over to the carrier again. Where is my order. How long do I have to wait??
