Would really like an update on parcel

LZ727289245CN - Could someone please advise as to where this parcel is....the shipping information has not updated since March 27th - 16 days ago - I paid $37.59 for expediated shipping and it was guaranteed to arrive in 7-15 days - it has been 41 days since order placed??????

Hi noremcdo,

e-packet is slow at present. It usually takes about 30-60 days to be delivered for most packages. There will be update when they arrive. You'd better wait for more days to get update. You can ask for compensation if it couldn't arrive in the promised time.

Good day officer,
I have a question regarding my parcel with tracking code : RF459365735CN
It's been 2 weeks that my parcel has been "leaving" Guangzhou TAC Terminal.
Latest update was on december 11th, and no update since then, I don't know where my parcel is.. could you help me track it?
I have the right to know whether the parcel is in transit or lost.
I had parcel cost more than this one, and even being sent / leave the TAC after this parcel. They arrived safely last week.
I tried to call your office but answer.
