ZC43731269699 Lost shipment

I would like to request delivery of my parcel purchased on August 31, 2025, on AliExpress. I would like to inform you that I have not received it to date. I have not received any notification that the parcel is awaiting collection. The parcel was supposed to be delivered to the DHL BOX in Łódź, 91-120 Aleksandrowska 2/8 Street, but it never arrived. I am requesting your intervention in this matter.

Sorry, we are only a tracking platform and couldn't deal with your package. It's stuck at the processing center [PL Lodzkie Łódź] now, you need to get the seller to check it with the courier and help you to deal with the problem in time.
