AQ521687138CN not received

The package has been flagged as delivered in Southampton, but i did not received any package, i already checked with neighbours and surrounding area. It also never gave me the name of the courier here in the UK.
Is there any way you can figure out what happened?

Hi Liz,

According to the tracking information, AQ521687138CN was delivered on September 3. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

Hi ordered a product from Ali express month a ago. I had not received it yet !. Whenever I track it , it shows EDI received since 10 October. Now it's 28 and I had not received it. It's tracking status is not changing.
