Hi, I ordered something through a web page and I have been tracking my item but I have not received it.
The tracking link says it was attempted to deliver and gives no further instructions and I don´t know what to do since it's my first time buying online.
I've read some things about re attempts, but how do I let you know that?

It's delivered by Mexico Post when it arrives in Mexico. You need to contact Mexico Post to check it for you as soon as possible.
