I would like to submit my documents to the Customs broker in Suzhou to declare customs for a delivery CA857201474DE. I cannot upload the documents in the EMS App because the shipment number does not appear in the status. Do you have an email of the customs broker from EMS Suzhou City which I can contact to handle this case?

I ordered this picture product on the 2cd of January 2026 it said it would be here on the 12th I tracked the package and it says it has to clear customs and it's already 4 days late . Is there any way to know when it will clear US customs.
