Hello, I have the following packages:

LM599386878CN
LM601533223CN
They are being shipped to 3105 suite H 32 ave but they need to be delivered to 3105 suite h 31 ave Vernon BC Canada. I just need to know how I go about correcting this. They were just shipped in the last 24 hours

You'd better contact the sender as soon as possible and let him call China Post to correct it. Only the sender or the recipient could correct it.

Is the person who will pick up the parcel on behalf a Chinese person? If so, as long as she takes her Citizen Identity Card of the People's Republic of China, that's okay.
