Why has my pkg that I am returning to China still sitting in customs after 12 days!! Is there a problem. I'm waiting for my refund for the return items.

Hi Joyce Galoni,

If it's stuck at the customs for over a week, it should be waiting for the seller to declare to the customs now. You'd better contact the seller to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him call China customs service number 12360 to check.

I returned an item to the seller. My tracking shows that my item has been on hold in customs for a month now. How do I find out what is going on with my package and when it will be delivered to the recipient?

June 12,2024, I received notice my shipment is on hold due to incomplete address info, along with a link that wants updated address info. I tried to give the recipients address however it does not allow to put states outside of the US?. so I put my address. Then it wanted a payment of $.19 but does not accept the payment cards visa, amex etc?even though they are listed. The tracking info says item held at customs. What do I do now?
