Hi Kathryn,

Sorry, we are only a tracking platform and couldn't provide the letter. You need to contact the receipient in China and let him/her require it from the customs for you.

The tracking information indicated it arrived in Chengdu on June 16 but gets stuck with the Customs. It is a letter of condolence and should not get stuck with the Customs.
