I have an order with tracking number LJ032021537CN that has been since 06/10/2025 in the state of "exchange office Mexico. arrival in the exchange area of Mexico. Waiting to enter customs" and it has been like this since the date and has no movement, I don't know if it has it withheld by customs or that it has not yet entered to be checked, for a long time has passed and I have tried to contact Correos Mexico but no one gives me a solution does not tell me what happens with my package. The shipment was from China to Mexico.
