Customs pick up

Hello,
My package (CH083476342US) is showing held in Shanghai customs. How can I arrange to pick up the package and pay any customs fees if necessary? I have done this many times at the processing center near Hongqiao airport.

Hi MrlangIB,

You'd better wait for a week to see if it could be released. Some of the packages take a month to be released. Also, you'd better ask the recipient to see if he has got a notice about costoms fees.

I am the receiver and I have not been notified of any fees, only that it has been in customs for almost 10 days with no instructions.
