Your Tracking Number: CY538386344DE , why can this item be rejected by the customs? It`s a return to the seller (Banggood), because of malfunction, that means it`s a chinese product, that Banggood sent to me and which does not work properly, that I just returned.
When can I expect the parcel back in Germany, thanks in advance for answering,

Thank you for your fast response, just to make it clear in the tracking information you sent me, it is written in the 10 th line:
Origin:
2021-01-29 14:33 China VR, Die Sendung kann nicht ins Zielland/Zielgebiet importiert werden.
This is german language and it means: " the shipment can not be imported to the destination/country"
there was shortly an additional information, that it was rejected by the customs, which now disappeared.

so I assume, that this is an incorrect information?

Hi Timur Manyas,

It's rejected by the customs and will be returned back to Germany. It's still stuck in Shanghai now. It may take 2 months to be returned back to Germany.

It should not allowed to be imported to China. You need to contact the customs to check.

ok, I will do that, please give me the contact information of the responsible customs in that case and please tell me where the parcel is at this moment and if the tracking number changed?, because there is no more updates sinde 2 weeks.

are you kidding, guess whom I reach, if I call you provided number (12360) from Germany, please give me the complete number, that I have to call from Germany and if possible give me the correct Emailadress of the responsible customs for this tracking as well,

If you couldn't contact China customs, you can only contact DHL Paket to check it for you as you use this service to send.
