Hi Glyn1984,

If it's shipped out by China Post, it willl be handed over to Royal Mail to deliver it to you.

The delivery tracking page shows that the merchandise has arrived at my delivery address, however, this is not true. I have not been able to contact the shipping company because it appears that the tracking page you shared corresponds to an intermediary and not to the shipping company directly.

Can you please tell me why is it so hard to get an answer to what delivery company delivers my parcel. It said it is delivered. It was not, living in a locked apartment...you either get a call, or delivery notice. Tell me where the parcel goes once out of YTO distribution center, calgary. I'm horribly upset. Received tracking notification at 8.25am saying item delivered at 11.37am. Please explain how a delivery notification can be received 3 hours before the time it was supposed to have been delivered?
