my tracking order AS757258737CN last entry is out-of-home delivery. not sure what that means. also if i need to pick up the package i do not know where to pick it up. what carrier is handling the US delivery so i can track it down. thanks for your time and help

my order says it's in Guangzhou, Guangdong, China. It seemed all good when it departed from transport hub, but today I got a notification from my tracking app saying there were issues in processing by customs authorities. What does this mean?
