I wait for LL752480726CN parcel. The status is "Departure from outward office of exchange, SHENZHEN EMS" in 2019.10.15. But the status of this package has not yet changed. Can you tell me why?

canaio stuck at picked, upu departure from export customs this site already handed over to airline. One lady on here told me they are stuck in wuhan and anoither tells me already left china on 22nd jan 2020.
