My tracking number is AQ216517107CN. Shipping states that it was delivered. Sent notice to tracking, they told me to contact my local postal hub, which I did. They have no information on the above number. I have again tracked and received same information. I would like for you to give me details as to if or where item has been sent to. I feel like this is a real run around. Please reply.

According to the tracking information, AQ216517107CN was delivered on October 13. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller can require China Post to do a formal trace investigation. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back.
