You can check through authorized tax collection system (http://int.ems.com.cn/mailtax) to check or call China customs service number 12360 to check and pay.

I’m from India My parcel status showing arrive the destination country since 13 /07/21 after that I haven’t got any update still same status so plz what should I do what to do ….urgent

I am trying to pick up my package with the order number AG074613938 but the post office said that they don't have it. I received an email stating that it was delivered. Please call me @ 678-986-8595.
