Why my parcel still in sorting center and what is the estimated time for delivery?

Hi Elsaba,

Your package has left China on Dec. 26 and is in transit to Egypt now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 10-15 working days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives.

Item shipped on 5/30. Tracking never updated except for estimated delivery date. The last update was on 7/25, and for two days it claimed the estimated delivery date was 7/23. No updates since. Now there is a yellow box on the tracking page that says “This is the final status. Carrier doesn't provide further tracking updates.”
