Failed delivery - never got notified?

Hi i am waiting for package: LZ221235894CN. I was informed it would be delayed, then nothing for a while. I checked tracking and found it failed to deliver on April 17. Not sure what that means but I was never informed it was coming. How can I get my package?

You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller could open a case to China Post to check what happends to it. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
