I mailed a package to my friend in Hangzhou. And whenever I check the tracking for the package, it says "held in customs" in Hangzhou. I told my friend this. Now I would like to know what should we do now? My friend called China Post and I think they told her that she needed to call Hangzhou Customs office, but I can't locate the phone number for the Hangzhou Customs. Do you know the phone number to Hangzhou Customs? And is this what she needs to do? If not, what does she need to do? Thanks!

My parcel has been in Hangzhou customs for 90 days and I have made an enquire with you sometime ago. The tracking number is http EJ280926533AU. I have received all the help we can get from Australia post, but they have stated that we must get help from China Post as the parcel is stuck here in China. The parcel was sent as an express post so I am very disappointed I have not heard from someone by now! Your assistance would be greatly appreciated as I have also attempted phoning Hangzhou customs many many times and have not been able to speak with anyone as they have not picked up the phone between 2:30-4pm.
