Help me clarify lack of information

I am trying to track a package from china post. Information is not very helpful. Hope you can clarify all it says. US, local sorting centre, express arrival at the processing center. What does that mean?

Hi Sls,

It means it's at the processing center in the US. USPS should deliver it to you recently.

This site hasn’t answered any of my questions so if you found it while looking for information on your package don’t even bother asking on here because they won’t answer your questions… this has been incredibly frustrating and honestly a waste of time but I don’t understand how an express package hasn’t left China yet and it’s been 2 weeks, how the hell is that “express”? RE028820473CN this is my tracking number, I would like to clarify if my package has left the contry of origin or not and more about that. it has been eactly 22 days since the tracker shows that my package is still in China if it has let or not.
