Mt Laptop has been kept hold in China since December 2020, i am not getting any report on, it, this is the final report i am receiving when i check the tracking.

I returned an item to the seller. My tracking shows that my item has been on hold in customs for a month now. How do I find out what is going on with my package and when it will be delivered to the recipient?

June 12,2024, I received notice my shipment is on hold due to incomplete address info, along with a link that wants updated address info. I tried to give the recipients address however it does not allow to put states outside of the US?. so I put my address. Then it wanted a payment of $.19 but does not accept the payment cards visa, amex etc?even though they are listed. The tracking info says item held at customs. What do I do now?
