I’ve sent the parcel EL902198844IE from Ireland to China, but the girl in the post office entered the wrong ph number and address and now it’s stuck in customs. How can I change the phone number and address? Thanks

Hello, the tracking of this parcel from EU to China says: "You need to contact customs directly. Your delivery is being held by customs in (China)"
I believe they mean the seller to contact and I am the seller. How can I contact the China Customs from Ireland in EU and I need someone to speak English to me? Is it by phone or is there a online chat or email address somewhere? Why would they hold the parcel in customs when it is only 5 pairs of gloves in the package.... ? :-O !!

How can I contact via email, customs in Shenzehn China? I am returning parcel to seller in China for repairs, but customs is waiting for an invoice for clearance. Seller cannot contact. They say no one answers phone. My parcel arrived in customs in China on 29th July 2021, and I'm still waiting. Please help.

Package stuck in customs due to tax - receiver contacted but refusing to engage (0 reply)

Hello, my package has been stuck at customs for over a month. I brought clothes from an online company, but had to return them due to wrong sizing - for a full refund. The clothes arrived in China, but Customs held them for tax reasons? Customs have contacted the receiver twice - so they can release the item to them. But the receiver is refusing to do that - telling me they don't have clearance to contact customs. They won't provide me with a refund until they receive the items. Is there a contact email for customs - so I can contact them and find out what needs to be done for the package to be released?
