How do I pick up a package being held in customs after clearance?

I know the package has reached Shanghai, gone through clearance and is "being held" in customs. Not sure when the delivery person tried to contact me, but I cant find any messages or indication that a specific number tried. How do I contact customs? If I need to pay any taxes, how can I go about doing this?

Hi kearn333y,

You couldn't pay for it. You need to let the receiver in China to pay for it. The receiver should have got the notice from the customs.
