We ordered several of your IR Thermometer XS-IFT002B from Hunter Paper in Clarksdale, MS 38614 and would like to know where to send the warranty cards for the products.

I’ve recently sent a parcel back to china (via china post) to take up the warranty on the item but the item is stuck at customs. On the tacking website it is telling me that I need to submit a customs declaration form or go through the return procedures. There is no information on where I need to submit the form or where you go for the return procedure. Would you be able to help with this? I have tried calling China post with numbers provided on previous posts but it says the number is no longer in service, I have also tried various emails.
