My friend send me a parcel on 30 july 2020 from china . But still i can not recieve my parcel . I want to asked how i know where is my parcel . Thanks

Hi Ishtiaq akhtar,

It's still in transit and hasn't arrived. It's not normal. You need to let your friend go to the post office to check or call China Post service number 11183 to check it.
