I would like to know where my order is?

It has been more than a month and I have been waiting for it to be delivered to me. On the website it says that it was delivered to Portugal, where in Portugal? Where in the country? To which carrier was it delivered or is it stuck in customs and who is in which country's customs office is it? Could you tell me, I want to know where my order is.
