If the package is lost how much money will you pay me?


I have two questions:
1. How come superbuy said you don't provide any tracking number?
2. How much money would you return to me if my package gets lost?

I’ve sent my package back to the seller in China for a check up (not working) but the seller said has not received and been told that the tracking said was export by customs but my tracking said Customs has released on 28 July 2020. I get confused and where are my package now? My tracking number is CC075714853NL

If the seller use a registered mail service, there should be a tracking number. The seller could get the number once he creates the order.

We don't return you any money if it's lost. You can contract with the seller. You need to contact the seller to get retund fully if it couldn't be delivered in time.

It was delivered to the HIVE Box (丰巢). You need to let the seller check his phone message to get the code and get it from the HIVE Box. If the seller couldn't find the message, let him call the postman's number 18520809771 to ask.
