Invoice Missing

I sent a package back to China a month ago (Ref : EA174373285BE). It's still stuck because there is an "invoice missing". I don't know what that means and what can I do to solve this problem. Help !

Hi Aurelien,

It needs the receiver in China to declare to the customs. The receiver should has got the notice from the customs. If you could contact the seller, also ask for their cooperation to do that.
